Contact form
The form has three fields: name (お名前), email address (メールアドレス) and message (メッセージ本文). You can write in English or Japanese; other languages are fine too (I will translate them). I usually reply within a few days.
For bug reports, it helps a lot if you say which screen you were on, what you did, and what happened. A screenshot is welcome if you can attach one.
